more tests on 1 bit of last post. trying to make it look more empty, but need to add lots of hardly noticeable stuff to reinforce this. will animate lights in the scene once I find some suitable music. muted low contrast colours and simple lighting will stay.
3D bits in progress
Finally some 3D stills from an animation. I will develop some of these into print stills – but for now they are tests (part 1 of 4) for a series of animated looping and shifting patterns that are modulated to alter perceptions of time, scale and depth.
Need more computer power though, will have to wait till im back in London to utilize the renderfarm to do full 1080p renders. Also need to find a sound designer / producer to score some kind of soundtrack to this.
Alternatively I will re-edit / re-animate this to someones music I like and offer it to them as a music video.
March 2010
A continuation of the same. Getting pretty bored with drawing, cutting and inking at the moment. Mildly happy with the circular drawings tonight, but may delete them tomorrow.
Working on some 3D animated stills currently and forgot how slow computers are – everything takes fucking ages. 6 weeks to get a good start on them.

FINAL REMINDER from BRITISH GRAVITY
A few images done at squintopera being exhibited at the Medcalf Gallery London.
I worked on these 2 (3 more on squintoperas page) 3d modelling, lighting and texturing.
“Gravity has become a commodity. The power to harness,
control, compartmentalise and subsequently charge the
public for their use of a force previously taken for granted
is in the hands of British Gravity”

August 2009 works
Just completed 7 (12 actually but other 5 are a bit crap) new works based on the same techniques and themes previously used.
These are 7 re-lit detail and full frame photographs taken of 4 x A2 black / white ink on black card and scalpel pieces with adjusted white balance and focus points to make some bits blurry and capture light on uneven surfaces.
Thinking C type prints on aluminium backing printed huge (once i get the money to do them) The original ink pieces will get put away and maybe recycled or painted over again.
